Reform is our signature full-body reformer class — a blend of athletic strength training, controlled sculpting work, and precise Pilates technique. Every session is intentional, form-driven, and designed to elevate the way you move.

Expect strong, grounded sequences with clean pacing and purposeful transitions. Reform builds strength, tone, stability, and body awareness through intelligent programming that challenges you while keeping form at the center.

Some flows lean more Strength-inspired, others more Sculpt-inspired — but every class is rooted in the Reform House Method: movement that is powerful, controlled, and designed to meet you where you are and level you up.

A higher-intensity Reform class designed for those looking to push beyond the intermediate level.

This class emphasizes heavier resistance, slower tempo, longer holds, and increased time under tension. Movements are more demanding, transitions are quicker, and rest is limited — creating a deep muscular burn while maintaining control and precision.

What to expect:

Recommended for clients seeking a stronger physical challenge while still honoring proper form and mindful movement.
