2. MINORS & PARENT RESPONSIBILITY

The parent or legal guardian agrees to:
Authorize all bookings and participation
Accept responsibility for late cancellations, no-shows, and any applicable fees
Maintain a valid payment method on file
Reform House reserves the right to require that all minors have a parent or legal guardian account on file.
3. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Reform House operates on a reservation-based system with limited capacity.
Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid penalty
Cancellations made within 12 hours are considered late cancellations
Failure to attend a scheduled class is considered a no-show
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in:
Loss of class credit
A late cancellation fee ($15)
A no-show fee ($25)
Fees will be charged automatically to the payment method on file.
4. LATE ARRIVALS
For safety and class flow:
Entry may be denied to late-arriving clients beyond a 5-minute grace period
Late arrival may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show
Late arrival does not entitle me to a refund, credit, or reschedule.
5. MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships provide access to Reform House services based on the selected plan.
Membership benefits, schedules, instructors, and class offerings may change at any time
No specific class time, instructor, or availability is guaranteed
Unlimited memberships are limited to one (1) class per day.
For class-based memberships (including but not limited to 4, 8, or 12 class plans):
Unused class credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle
Membership perks and benefits (including but not limited to guest passes, discounts, promotional offers, or additional features) are provided at the discretion of Reform House and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Changes to perks or benefits do not affect the core terms of the membership and do not constitute grounds for refund, credit, or early termination.
Reform House may, at its discretion, offer certain members legacy or promotional perks; however, such perks are not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued.
6. BILLING & AUTOPAY
All memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis using the payment method on file.
By purchasing, I authorize Reform House LLC to:
Charge recurring membership fees
Charge any applicable late fees, no-show fees, or policy-related charges
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension of booking privileges or access and does not cancel or pause financial obligations.
7. MINIMUM COMMITMENT & CANCELLATION
Membership cancellations require 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Memberships remain active and billable during the notice period
Failure to provide proper notice will result in an additional billing cycle
Founding memberships are subject to a minimum 3-month commitment.
Early cancellation is not permitted.
Requests to cancel due to scheduling conflicts, relocation, change in employment, or other personal circumstances do not waive contractual obligations.
Failure to use membership services does not pause, cancel, or refund billing.
Cancellation requests are effective as of the date received via written notice submitted directly to Reform House through approved communication channels. Verbal requests or messages provided to instructors or staff are not considered valid notice and will not be accepted. Cancellation requests will not be applied retroactively.
All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Membership holds or freezes:
Must be requested in advance
Are granted at the sole discretion of Reform House

Requests for cancellation or pause due to medical reasons may be considered at the discretion of Reform House.
Reform House reserves the right to require reasonable documentation from a licensed medical provider to approve such requests.
Approved medical cancellations or freezes will not be applied retroactively and must be requested in a timely manner.
9. CLASS PACKS
Class packs expire based on the terms provided at the time of purchase

Unused services cannot be transferred, shared, or reassigned to another individual for any reason, including relocation, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

In the event of:
Declined payments
Chargebacks
Unpaid balances
Reform House LLC may:
Suspend or terminate access

Pursue collection efforts as permitted by law
Initiating a chargeback for valid charges may result in immediate termination of services and restriction from future bookings.
I agree to be responsible for any reasonable costs associated with collecting unpaid balances.
14. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Reform House reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate memberships or access at any time, without refund, for violations of studio policies or conduct that disrupts operations, safety, or the studio environment.
This includes, but is not limited to, violations such as misuse of services, abusive behavior, or attempts to solicit, recruit, or engage Reform House instructors or staff outside of the studio for competing services or businesses, as well as for business, operational, safety, or reputational reasons.
