STUDIO POLICIES 


1. GENERAL STUDIO CONDUCT

Reform House is a shared, respectful environment. All clients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that supports a positive and safe experience for all participants.


Reform House is committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment. Behavior that negatively impacts the experience of others may result in removal or termination of services.


Reform House reserves the right to remove or deny access to any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.


2. ARRIVAL & CLASS GUIDELINES

Studio doors open 10 minutes prior to class start time


Clients are encouraged to arrive early for check-in and setup


First-time clients must arrive at least 10 minutes early for orientation


Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter class


Reform House reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, and formats at any time.


3. STUDIO ETIQUETTE & DRESS CODE

Shoes are not permitted inside the studio


Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene


Clients without grip socks will be required to purchase a pair prior to participating or will not be permitted to attend class


4. CLASS PARTICIPATION & SAFETY

Only registered participants are permitted in the studio during class


Non-participating guests or children are not permitted in the workout space for safety reasons


Clients are expected to:

Follow all instructor guidance regarding movement and equipment use

Communicate any injuries or limitations prior to class


Clients participate at their own discretion and are responsible for modifying or stopping exercises as needed.

Instructors may modify or stop exercises at any time for safety.


5. PHONES, FILMING & DISRUPTIONS

Phones must be silenced during class


Calls, texting, or excessive phone use is not permitted

Filming or photographing other clients without consent is prohibited


Filming of classes, instructor cueing, programming, or studio operations for replication or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.


Reform House reserves the right to restrict or prohibit recording at any time.


Disruptions may result in removal from class.


6. NON-SOLICITATION OF INSTRUCTORS & STAFF 

Reform House instructors and staff are part of the studio team.

Clients, guests, and participants may not:

Solicit, recruit, or attempt to hire Reform House instructors or staff

Request or encourage instructors to provide services outside of Reform House

Engage instructors for private sessions, training, or services not authorized by Reform House

Connect instructors with other studios, gyms, or businesses for employment opportunities


This applies to:

In-person interactions

Social media

Direct messages

Text, email, or any other form of communication


Violation of this policy may result in:

Immediate termination of services or membership without refund

Revocation of access to classes, events, or studio offerings


7. WAITLIST, CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING BEHAVIOR

Clients who join a waitlist acknowledge that they may be automatically added to class at any time, including within the cancellation window.


It is the client’s responsibility to monitor their booking status and remove themselves from the waitlist if they are no longer able to attend.


Once added to a class, standard cancellation policies apply regardless of when the booking is confirmed.


Late Cancellations & No-Shows


Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class start time are considered late cancellations and are subject to a $15 late cancellation fee and/or loss of class credit


Failure to attend a scheduled class, including arriving after the permitted grace period, will be considered a no-show and is subject to a $25 no-show fee and/or loss of class credit


Late cancellations and no-shows are automatically processed by the booking system, and all applicable fees will be charged to the payment method on file.


By booking a class or remaining on the waitlist, I acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable late cancellation and no-show fees.


8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Reform House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.


Clients are responsible for securing their belongings.


9. HYGIENE & SHARED SPACE

Equipment and space are shared


Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene and respect the shared environment


Clients are expected to refrain from attending class if experiencing symptoms of illness


Reform House does not guarantee a sterile environment.


10. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for:

All activity under their account

All bookings and charges associated with their account


11. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS OR EXPERIENCE

Reform House does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or individual experiences.


Class formats, instructor style, and overall experience may vary.


12. CLASS OPERATIONS & STUDIO CAPACITY

Class sizes, layout, and spacing are determined by studio capacity and equipment availability.


Reform House reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes as needed. In such cases, clients will not be charged and will receive a credit or refund where applicable.


13. POLICY VIOLATIONS

Violation of studio policies may result in:

Removal from class

Suspension of booking privileges

Termination of membership or access without refund


Reform House reserves the right to take action at its discretion to protect the safety, experience, and integrity of the studio.
